Dr. Samantha Shaver, DMD, FAGD
A lifelong resident of Kentucky, Dr. Samantha Shaver was raised in a small town in the western part of the state and spent much of her childhood in her father’s dental practice. That experience sparked a deep appreciation for the warmth and familiarity of a small-town office—something she’s worked hard to emulate in her city-based practice.
Dr. Shaver earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Louisville in 1994. Her commitment to lifelong learning led her to pursue advanced continuing education, and in 2007, she earned her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry—an achievement that reflects over 500 hours of coursework across all disciplines of dentistry and the successful completion of a rigorous examination.
“My favorite part of being a dentist is the connection I get to build with patients,” she says. “It’s about more than fixing teeth—it’s about listening, understanding, and creating relationships that allow me to provide truly personalized care.”
Dr. Madison Heine, DMD
Also a native of western Kentucky, Dr. Madison Heine shares Dr. Shaver’s roots and philosophy. She grew up immersed in her father’s dental practice, where she learned early on the importance of individualized, compassionate care. Her approach perfectly complements our team’s patient-centered values.
Dr. Heine received her undergraduate degree from Western Kentucky University and her DMD from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2020. She went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she gained advanced training in Orthodontics (clear aligners), Oral Surgery, and Periodontics. She’s also especially passionate about Pediatric and Cosmetic Dentistry.
With Dr. Heine on board, we’re excited to offer extended office hours and an expanded range of services to better serve our patients.
Pam, EDDA, CDA
Pam has been a cornerstone of the Dynamic Dental family since 1997. She began her career in 1991 and earned her Expanded Duties Dental Assistant certification from the University of Louisville in 1999, after becoming a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) in 1998. Pam is passionate about patient education and strives to make every patient feel confident and at ease in their dental journey.
Rachel, EDDA
Rachel brings exceptional energy and enthusiasm to our team. With 13 years in the dental field, she completed her dental assisting training at ATA College and is also certified as an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant. Rachel’s favorite part of her work is witnessing the transformative power of dentistry—seeing the positive impact a healthy smile has on her patients’ lives.
Emma, RDH
Emma is our dedicated and knowledgeable dental hygienist. A 2021 graduate of the University of Louisville, she holds a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene. Emma is deeply passionate about patient care and loves educating her patients on the crucial connection between oral and overall health. For her, partnering with patients to achieve their health goals is the most rewarding part of her job.
Diana, Patient Coordinator
With nearly four decades of experience in dentistry, Diana has worked across multiple specialties including oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and orthodontics. For the past eight years, she’s brought her clinical insight to the front desk, helping patients feel comfortable and confident as they navigate appointments and insurance details.
Charlotte, Front Office Administrator
Charlotte has 18 years of front office dental experience, specializing in treatment coordination, insurance navigation, and scheduling. She loves being the friendly face at the front desk and takes pride in making sure patients leave our office with a smile.
